The following steps are recommended when purchasing any our products:

REQUEST A DEMO: Call our office at +1 281.342.9999 or submit the REQUEST DEMO form.  

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS: A software engineer experienced in your industry will contact you and do a preliminary analysis of your business. This will ensure that our software will fit your business and can do the intended job for you. The engineer will setup a demo for you; local companies can be set up at your office or at our office, while out of town companies will have a demo set up using a meeting system, such as GO TO MY MEETING, which enables us to give you a demo as if we were in your office.

FURTHER ANALYSIS: After the demo, the software engineer will do a more thorough analysis of your company’s existing hardware and software. A determination of your final hardware and software requirements will be made as well as a recommendation of what you need for a successful computer system.

PROPOSAL: Worldwide Software Systems will prepare a proposal for you. We will then set up an appointment, either at your office or using GO TO MY MEETING, to present the proposal and discuss all of its points, including how the system will be installed and implemented.

REVIEW: After your review of the proposal, contact us when you are ready to proceed. After signing the contract, you now have access to a ONE PHONE CALL COMPUTER COMPANY that takes care of all your hardware, operating system, internet, software, and computer needs.

LEASING OR FINANCING: Leasing and financing options are available to you. Your signed contract will be turned over to our leasing agent who will arrange a line of credit for the acquisition of your computer system. Five-year, 48 month, 36 month, and 24 month leases with affordable monthly payments are available. You have the option of making a down payment, which would reduce your monthly payment, or doing 100% financing. You also have the option of securing your own financing with your preferred financial institution. At the end of the lease and upon satisfying all the terms of the lease, you will own your computer system.

INSTALLATION and IMPLEMENTATION: Once the lease is in place, we deliver and install your computer system and provide the training for detailed implementation. Our software engineers will come to your office to install the system and train you in full. Additional training, if needed, can be provided using GO TO MY MEETING or in person, if necessary.  

SUPPORT: After your computer system is up and running, Worldwide will provide you with continuous support for as long as you have our software.
